We currently ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations.

United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii

Canada: All provinces (additional customs fees may apply)

Processing Time

Because each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipment. Custom orders may require additional time.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using:

  1. The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Your account dashboard on our website
  3. Directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number

If you have any issues with tracking or haven't received your package within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at orders@fikrrwood.com.

Packaging

Your handcrafted FikrrWood pieces arrive beautifully packaged and protected for their journey to you. We use:

Recyclable cardboard, biodegradable packing peanuts, and paper-based protective wrapping

Secure Protection

Custom-fitted inserts and cushioning to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition

Please save your packaging for at least 30 days in case you need to return or exchange your item.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase or receipt
  • Item must not show signs of use, damage, or alterations

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at returns@fikrrwood.com or through your account dashboard
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your return authorization and shipping label
  4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  5. Ship the item using the provided label
  6. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt

Return Shipping

Free Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label for US returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, wood type, or product, we're happy to help! Follow the same return process and indicate that you'd like an exchange in your return request.

Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a return request and select "Exchange"
  2. Specify the item you'd like to receive instead
  3. We'll hold your replacement item while your return is in transit
  4. Once we receive your return, we'll ship your exchange immediately
  5. No additional shipping charges for exchanges within the US

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in crafting and packaging each piece, but occasionally items may be damaged during shipping or have manufacturing defects. If this happens, we'll make it right.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging immediately
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Provide your order number and photos
  4. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

You do not need to return damaged items unless we specifically request it.

Manufacturing Defects

All FikrrWood products are covered by our one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that natural variations in wood grain, color, and character are not considered defects. Contact us if you have concerns about your item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or discount codes
  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date

For custom orders, we'll provide detailed specifications and wood samples before production to ensure your satisfaction.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
