The Beginning
FikrrWood was born in 2020 from a simple yet powerful belief: the objects we use every day should be beautiful, functional, and made with care for both craft and planet. What started as a small workshop in Portland, Oregon, with a single craftsman and a vision, has grown into a collective of skilled artisans dedicated to creating heirloom-quality wooden goods.
Our founder, inspired by generations of woodworking tradition and a deep respect for natural materials, recognized a gap in the market. Mass-produced kitchenware and home goods had lost their soul. We set out to revive the art of handcrafted woodworking, bringing warmth and authenticity back into modern homes.
